The Student Legacy Project was launched by the Art
In Your Eye Festival in 2008 to further its mission to
promote art experiences, education, and the exploration
of artistic self expression.
This is a great way for us to connect with the student artists
of today, who are the legacy of art for the future.
Area high school and colleges were initially contacted to recruit
student artists interested in applying for this juried
show.
The artwork of the accepted students will be on display in the
City Hall Council Chambers, adjacent to the Batavia
Riverwalk, during the Art In Your Eye Festival, August
14th & 15th. |
